A.G. Aditya Shenoy, a highly experienced Advocate with almost 20 years of practice
across the courts of the State of Kerala, now leads as a Senior Partner at Callidus
Legal. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala in 2006, he has built a strong and
diverse practice representing leading Corporate, Institutional, and Governmental
clients. His expertise spans Constitutional Law, Admiralty & Maritime Law, Company
Law, Banking & Finance, Taxation, Labour & Industrial Disputes, Service Law, Family
Law, Intellectual Property, Motor Vehicle Claims, Civil & Criminal Litigation,
Arbitration, and Consumer Protection matters.
Mr. Shenoy serves as Central Government Counsel at the High Court of Kerala,
representing the Union of India across key ministries such as Finance, Home Affairs,
External Affairs, Urban Development, and Transport & Highways. He is also a Notary
Public (since 2021).
In 2009, he was appointed Advocate Commissioner/Provisional Liquidator in
Company Petition 11/2002 for Keltron Counters Ltd., where he played a pivotal role
in reviving the company and disbursing over ₹3.75 crores to creditors.
He also serves as an Executive Committee Member of the National Council of Akhil
Bharatheeya Adhivaktha Parishad (2025).
