She began her career in 2010 with an exhibition logistics company, where she built a strong foundation in coordination and developed valuable expertise in managing exhibition cargo.
In 2013, she transitioned to a leading corporate logistics firm, where she spent eight years deepening her understanding of freight forwarding operations. During this period, she gained extensive exposure to the full spectrum of logistics processes and operational challenges, equipping her with the ability to navigate complex industry demands with competence and clarity.
In 2021, she joined Callidus as Manager – Client Management. In this role, she focuses on understanding client needs, gathering input, and ensuring expectations are consistently met. She also provides technical support on shipping-related matters, contributing to efficient and effective client service delivery. Her commitment to fostering strong client relationships, coupled with her ability to deliver tailored solutions, has played a key role in enhancing client satisfaction. Additionally, she oversees client feedback coordination to ensure the firm upholds its standards of service excellence.
