Megha Joseph is an Associate Partner at Callidus Legal, specializing in Admiralty
and Maritime Law, contract drafting, and legal research. She earned her LL.B. from
Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2022 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala.
Her exposure to maritime law began through internships at prominent law firms in
Mumbai and Cochin, where she developed a strong foundation in admiralty practice.
She further deepened her industry insight while working in the Legal Claims
Department of CMA CGM, where she handled a variety of cargo claim-related issues
and gained firsthand experience in the operational aspects of the shipping industry.
Since joining Callidus Legal in 2024, Megha has been actively involved in providing
legal support across maritime claims, contract reviews, and legal drafting, combining
her academic training with practical expertise.
In 2024, she joined Callidus Legal, Dubai, where she currently focuses on maritime
and corporate legal matters, combining her technical acumen and legal insight to
support cross-border clients and complex commercial issues.
