Mr. Shantanu Singh is an Associate Partner in Callidus Legal, Delhi Office. He graduated in Law in 2011, from Chanakya National Law University, Patna and is professionally affiliated with the Bar Council of Delhi.
After working with the Shipping Corporation of India for a period of 5 years as the Deputy Manager, Legal, he shifted to New Delhi and joined Callidus in 2018.
With over a decade of experience in both Civil and Commercial Litigation, he advises a wide range of clients including individuals and corporates before various judicial forums in New Delhi. He is also skilled at dispute resolution, and in giving advises on Contracts and preventive measures in pursuant thereto.
He regularly practices and handles cases before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts and Special Tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal and Consumer Forums across New Delhi.
